1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EnPremium LLC. Set at the intersection of capital and AI technology, these terms govern your use of our platforms including MassarCareers and SnipferAI. By accessing our services, you agree to these legal obligations.

2. Enterprise Use Restrictions

Our solutions are designed for sovereign and multinational operations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the AI-driven precision tools we provide. Data extraction models remain proprietary to EnPremium LLC.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Custom SLAs and uptime guarantees apply to our enterprise clients. Standard availability operations are guaranteed at 99.9%, except during pre-scheduled infrastructure maintenance which will be globally communicated.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall EnPremium LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform misuse. Please consult your enterprise contract for liability cap exceptions.
